• We ship via Australia Post eParcel with tracking.

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received.

• Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch, or 7–10 business days for regional areas. Delivery times are based on Australia Post estimates and may vary.

• Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

• International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that international orders outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or customs charges upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, where applicable, may need to be paid before your order is released for delivery.

As customs requirements vary between countries, we recommend checking your local import regulations before placing your order.

United States Orders

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties are included in the charges paid at checkout. These duties are paid on your behalf, so you will not be required to pay the applicable import duty again upon delivery.
