  • If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver to Australia-wide. Please contact us for any international orders

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unless stated otherwise in our Returns Policy.
